Dear professor Lin,

I would like to first express my excitement at the opportunity to be in your English100 class. I know that English is not my best subject because it is my second language. I realize that I need to work hard in order to be successful in the class and be the best student.

By being in this class, fills me with motivation to be the best student. Because English is very essential to my education as well as for my future as a professional. To succeed in the class I will take the initiative of hard work to accomplish my goal that is passing this class, so I can continue with my education. I will take the advantage of writing center, be organized, finishing thing at head of time, and I will always be prepare for class.

Also, I will be optimistic about everything and I will never give up. I will make a commitment to work hard in becoming the best student! English is not as difficult as I used to think as long as I keep practicing. It takes a lot of time to enhance, but practice does make perfect. The more effort I will put it, the better I will become.
