Letter from crew member to corporate Help

Hello guys, I am not a good writer and did not pay much attention to English in school and would like somebody to help make adjustments to this letter. Hugs and Kisses to any helpers.

I am a current employee of Cookout. I have been working there since a few weeks after the Kingsport store opened. We are currently having a major problem at this store.

Our store manager is on vacation and the assistant store manager is acting like a child. He berates us, pushes us (more like a strong nudge) out of the way, and is constantly complaining about something were doing wrong.

About 4 people that work nights, grill/board/fry/ are talking about walking out on his shift due to the abuse.
I only write this because I enjoy working at Cookout. The people are great; customers and employees. I wish Cookout much success but I fear if things stay the same, were going to lose valued employees that help make Cookout great.

(Not sure how to end. Sould I say thank you for your time, etc.. not sure what would sound good here.)

(not going to sign the letter unless somebody has experience and thinks signing is a good idea)
