1-- These days, all sections are usually flushed to the left margin: writer's address date recipient's name recipient's address Dear***: content Yours sincerely, signature writer's name 2-- In English, family name = last name , so I am not sure what names you are supplying. If those are all the same man's names, I would write it like this: Mr. Benny Wong Tai Man, Professor
