Letter for scheduling duty

That the department is assigning the applicant to preform seasonal duties for the last three years. Which is affecting not only my social and domestic life but also my performance towards my department. Furthermore, this process is a violation of the basic rules of PBC for duty scheduling. Therefore I request you to consider my application and schedule my duties only as per PBC duty scheduling rules. So that I can perform my services in a good manner without affecting my domestic life.
