As reported a case of high indoor temperature 30oC in room at ABC building dated 18 May 2017, we arranged cleaning for the entire system of air conditioners on 10 Jun 2017 and checking for the existing air conditioners on 18 Jun 2017. All air conditioners were identified normal in the room.
For the estimation of cooling load demand of the room area 500ft2, it is required 10 Ton of cooling load including 20 nos . of occupancy, server, 30 nos. of computers. The existing air conditioners cannot cater the new cooling load demand.
It is recommended installing a new split type unit to improve the indoor temperature of the room. Please find attached the quotation for your confirmation.
