The undersigned Ms. ________________ assigned as RCC Secretary in DMIS would like to request from your good office to kindly grant me to loan with the amount of 4000 QAR which is payable for 6 months and to be deducted to my monthly salary. Due to financial problems, I am badly in need of money to pay up my Father's hospital bill and to purchase his medicine.
In this connection although I have not proven yet or showing the company expectation merely because I was just recently employed. However I do still looking forward that this coming days everything will be in good order.
With your approval regarding aforementioned it helps a lot but moreover my family.
