please help me, if the below letter is correct
Dear Sirs,
I have been working in First Oil & Gas Company for almost a year and I’ m confident enough that I have rendered and contributed enough effort and services for the success of the company as your secretary. I have been sharing and spending my valued time and dedication not only being with my job but in all given tasks.
In connection with this, may I request to have my housing allowance to be a part of my basic salary and transportation expenses.
I therefore earnestly request your kind honor to please grant me an increment as much as appropriate.
