Letter for getting sponsortships

I have am a 501 (c) 3 and we do 4 or 5 different kinds of fundraisers a year to raise money for differnt other non-profits charitys (I guess kind of like a small Uninted Way). I need help on writng a letter letting others know who we are helping in the 2010 calendar year and the events we will be doing and ask them for sponsorships to them. They can sponsor 1 or all of them. Everyone, business and corporations here do all of their contributing in October for the entire year and I just can't seem to put words together to let them know how much we need their help with sponsorships. For the last two years I just tried to find sponsors as I did each event, but I kept running into the same problem and they'ed say " Oh we do all of our funding, donations and sponsorships in October." Can you help kind of set up a letter to cover everyone who will benefit from our fundraisers as well as let them know what the fundraisers will be in as short of pages as possible. Thank you very much. I am glad I found you online. The name of my organization is Team At Work For All Charities, Inc.

Sincerly, Brandy Schalski
