Letter for credit limit upgrade

hi there.. im doing this letter for my aunt.. she wants me to write a letter to her bank for her credit limit upgrade because she wants to buy an appliance.. i knew she has a good record in the bank.. i will fax this letter to the bank and it also includes some documents so i would like to know if i can include, in the letter, the documents attached with it.
