Letter for Cancellation to Restate

Salutations!
I don't have any friends/family members who can really proof read this for me... so I am hoping someone can check if I have it in the correct format if I have any grammatical problem... which I am certain I do, I re-read it a few times and it doesn't feel right. I have read the forum information and other fellow posters thread, so I am hoping I have done this correctly. If not, I apologize in advance.

Basically the letter is to inform the Restate Agency that we no longer wish to sell our house. Currently it is in the Continuing Agency Period, its the term of the contract which comes into effect after the Exclusive Agency Period which ends in 3months.

It would be very appreciated if you would fix this up for me, and the letter is below as follows. I have also already removed personal details

Dear Mrs. Craig,

Please consider this letter as my formal request to have my property 69 Lovely St. Hence ville, NSW, 9877 removed from the market as I no longer wish to sell it.

Therefore I formally request the cancellations of our Exclusive Agency Agreement. The Exclusive Agency Period; the three months of eclusive selling power started on 1st September, 2007, and expired on 1st December, 2007. Additionally the Continuing Agency Period began with the expiration of the Exclusive Agency Period, which commenced the Continuing Agency Term. However I now wish to completely end sales, including the continuing Agency Term, as I no longer wish to sell my house (property 69 Lovely St. Hence ville, NSW, 9877).

Thank you for your services as of date, should my situation change and I wish to sell it again I will contact you.
