Letter Writing

Letter for bursary application

I would like to write a letter for bursary application. My colleague is trying to get a bursary for her child who is doing 1st year Civil engeneering at Vaal Technikon. She cannot afford the fees and needs assistance. She feels her daughter can excel on this but due to financial problems will not further her studies.
