WINDOWS AND DOORS INSTALLATION
We are writing regarding the installation of the double glazed UPVC windows and doors that was carried out at the above address at the beginning of this month. We much appreciate the work of your company however a problem has been detected during the usage:
Water leakage
Rain leaked through the French door from the deck and windows in bathroom during the first autumn storm.
We have spoken to you about this matter for three times over the telephone however no further follow up service has yet been made for the defect. We would require you to rectify the defect within 2 weeks, or else we would refuse to pay off the outstanding balance and would hire someone else with the outstanding balance to resolve this matter
We look forward to hearing from you. If you have any queries, please contact us within the next week. We hope to have a continued relationship between our two companies in the future.
