I would like to receive the accepatation form for enclosing with my scholarship application. Please correct my letter.
Dear Sir,
My name is . I am a young staff in Department of Surgery, Songkhla. I am interested in neurology field.
I would like to be an assistant researcher in your department and will apply for scholarship.
In the scholarship criteria, the acceptation letter from your department should be enclosed with the application form.
