Letter Correction
Hi,
Can you correct my letter. Please suggest some improvement if required.
Dear Sir,
I have been trying hard to collect my document for my account. I have talked to you quite a few times, in the past and also sent you a mail. You promised me that you will hand it over the document to my representative. However, when my representative visited the branch, he was not given these details. I do not know why, but it does not seems good to me.
It does not look like that Mr Jon will visit the bank, just to collect the document. In view of that,
1 Can you arrange to send my document to my overseas address as mentioned in the form?
2 Can I expect my monthly statement of my account?
