Could someone check this letter for me? Especially punctuation and grammar
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you to make a complaint regarding flight XYZ. My ticket reference number for this flight is XYZ.
This flight was supposed to depart from Rzeszow on 02.11.2018 at 14:30 and arrive at Sri Lanka at 20:00, but connecting flight to Amsterdam was delayed by almost 3 hours, then canceled.
I am writing to express my disappointment with poor customer service. I wasn't informed about the delay and causes of it until I got into the airport and to make matter worse, the flight was later canceled.
I would like to ask for the full refund of $200, which I have paid for this ticket. I have attached the receipt and tickets to the letter. Should you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to hearing from you regarding this letter within the week.
Yours faithfully
XYZ
