Dear Sir,
This is to inform the management that I am joining the office without completing my medical leave. As per Doctor advice I have been ask to stay 6 weeks medical leave, but I being incharge of the fitting section I have a great responsibilities over me. By joining the office, at least I can supervise my fitting team.
The medical documents will be attached later as I have not been provided the medical documents. As soon as the documents is ready will attached the documents for your reference

Dear Sir; I will be returning to work before the end of my approved medical leave. My doctor had originally advised me to take a six-week medical leave, starting July 7, 2017. I feel very responsible for my team in the fitting department, and my broken ankle has largely recovered, so I have decided to return on August 15, 2017.
