Letter

Hi
Please tell me the mistakes in this letter:

Context: This letter is written to the manager of the bank in which the sender has applied for a home loan.

Dear Sir

At the outset, I would like to express my sincere thanks for your efforts in the processing of my loan application.

As for the pre-dated cheque which is the final document in my home loan application,I would like to tell you this:

Now I am at my work place, Doha,Qatar. My cheque books of both my NRI and NRO account are in India. If I were I get them here by post and sign them and send it back, it would take not less than 30 days and further it will be very difficult to my parents who are in India,to keep track of the transit.

I am visiting India on the 22nd January and will be there till the 30 of that month. I promise you that I will visit the bank on the morning of 23rd and submit the predated cheques.

May I request you consider this as a special case and sanction the loan.

Thank you for your consideration.

Yours sincerely,
