Please point out the grammatical mistakes in this letter,

Subject: Problems in finding Guarantor

Respected Sir

I would like you to help me with the situation I am facing now. I have received a loan of Qr. 3500 from the school to pay the deposit money and rent for the accommodation I am to move in on the 26th of June, on the agreement that I will repay it in three installments to the tune of Qr. 1166 a month.

As per the agreement I will have paid two installments before I leave this country my home country India for summer vacation on 28th June 2015. I promise that I will repay the third installment in September 2015 when I will have reported back to work after summer vacation

Since I am leaving for home country for summer vacation the 28th June, the School Accounts Department is asking me to provide an undertaking from a person who is here during the summer vacation mentioning that he or she will pay the sum equivalent to the third installment Qr.1166 in case I fail to pay it.

As all my friends whom I have known here for the past six years, are leaving for India for summer vacation, I am in a helpless situation and as I will have to spend a considerable sum for moving my house and a sum close to Qr. 2500 is going to be deducted towards the first and the second installments of the loan, it would be very difficult for me to pay off the third installment before I leave for my country for summer vacation.

Please consider my situation and help me.
