Please point out the grammatical errors in this letter:

Dear Sir
I would like to inform that I have decided to move to another accommodation as I am unable to afford the extra expenditures that come along with the rent for the accommodation in which I am presently in, in Brownstone Residential Complex.
The rent for the accommodation to which I am going to move in is 3700 Qr per month. The landlord has asked me to pay one month rent amount towards advance payment and rent for the first month, which comes to 7400 Qr, before I occupy the accommodation.
I have been asked to vacate my present accommodation on or before June 25th when the contract period with my present landlord comes to an end.
I kindly request you to give me 7400 Qr to pay the new landlord before I occupy the new accommodation.
