Hi Mister Micawber.
I'm from a chamber commerce association.

My president gave me a task to write a letter to visit a company.
The purpose of the visit is my president would like to meet up with the director of the company and discuss/talk with him/her.

Would like to be in a formal letter.
Really hope you can help me out with this. Really had no idea to make it more attractive and proper way.
