Letter

Hi

Please help me with the mistakes in this letter.

Context: The employee who has already submitted his resignation letter to the company, writes this:

Dear Sir

In line with my letter of resignation I submitted to you on the 11 November 2014, I have received a notification from your office that I will be relieved from my position of the customer service executive, on the 20th of March 2015.

I would like you to issue my experience certificate, relieving order and also help me receive the allowances which are due to me at the time of my leaving the institution.

Thank you

Yours sincerely
