I owned a flat at kolkata in corporation area. When I made the registered deed of my flat.the pin code was 123451. The same pin code was also mentioned in the mother mother deed. Now, incidentally I came to know that my pin code is 123452. Now my question is how and to whom to write a letter to get some authenticated documents regarding my present local pin code.

I hope you did not post your real PIN codes above. I have changed them, just in case. Why does a registered deed require a PIN code?

  • You should talk to the office in which the deed is registered, and tell them that you wish to reset your PIN code .
  • This is usually done by you personally, ie not by mail.
