Hi,I would like to send a letter on behalf of my company, a bar tending school, to various educational institutions introducing our company for students to enroll in our course. Along with the letter will be a small poster that would be attached with it.My question is  - What should be the content of the letter? And how exactly would I introduce my school to these institution?Thanks,Hemant

Hi I think you need two types of presentation in your letter, a persuassive and an informative so that you could inform and persuade the students to enroll in your school and bellow I have sent you two major methods to write your draft in a profissional manner or what you should include in the contents of your letter.

1. Determine the Purpose
2. Analyze the Audience and Occasion
3. Select the main Ideas for the Message
4. Develope the Topic
5. Organize the data, and write the Draft
6. Create Visual aids, if possible
7.Send your letter.

2: You can use The Churchill formula to write the draft.

Introduction:Tell them what you are going to tell them
Main body: Tell them what you want to tell them
Conclusion:Tell them what you have told them
