Letter

Hi.

I am going to apply for Ph.D. program for next year and the professor who wants to hire me has asked me to call to talk about it.

But I don't know what he is going to talk about, I have written a letter to ask for it. it is highly appreciated if you spend a few minutes to modify my sentences to make it better.

Dear Dr.----

Thanks for the time to call you. I embrace this opportunity to express myself and tell about my academic background.

I wonder if I need to have anything ready to talk about. Such as any of my papers, your papers, description of my theses or SOP.

Thank you very much for your help.

Yours sincerely,

--------

feel free either to change or add any parts.

My appreciation is beyond expression

Hi, It's up to you, of course. But if I were you, I would just be ready to talk about all those things, not necessarily in complete detail but at least in general terms. You'll need to show that you have confidence, and that you have a mind that is quick and flexible.
