letter

Hi,
I've got some questions and I hope you can answer them.
Thanks in advance
1. can I finish a formal letter with "Hoping to receive your answer and sending regards, Joanna"?
2. should I write the pronoun "you" in a capital letter? ( in formal or informal letters)
3. can I say "call for girls" when I mean "invite some girld by calling them"
