A more idiomatic usage would be: Let's examine it more closely.

There are a number of ways to rephrase it. Your overall style of writing will be relevant to the question of what is best, as well as what type of portrayal about the company you are planning. Is it purely descriptive, is it judgmental, is it anecdotal, etc.?
Yes, several choices. If you are giving a speech, you might say 'let's take a look at ABC Company'. If it is a paper, then RVW's suggestion would be more apt.
