Let's have a toast for the scorching hot summer!

Let's have a toast for the scorching hot summer!

Wish it would cool down a bit!

It's virtually melting hot!

Hi,

I wrote the above to practice writing. Correct me where I go wrong! Thanks in advance.

Hi This is what I would say: Let's have a toast to the scorching hot summer / Let's toast the scorching hot summer. It's melting hot / It's boiling hot (I wouldn't use 'virtually' - if it IS I say so. If it isn't, then it's just 'hot' or 'really/very hot').
