Let's have a drink.

In Japan, lots of office workers enjoy having a drink (usually drink and eat) after work with the colleagues. In such a case, what do you say to your colleague(s) when you want to go with him/her/them?

"Let's have a drink on our way home" or any other?

Thank you.
