Let's go (verb) or Let's go to (verb)

I have these sentences:

Let's go fly a kite.
Let's go to fly a kite.

Let's go make a snowman.
Let's go to make a snowman.

Can I use both forms (with to and without to)? Is there any difference between them. Thanks.
