1) Let's forget all this.

2) Let's forget all that.

3) Let's forget all it.

I think all this and all that are used commonly but I have never seen all it before. What do you think? And the meaning of all this / that is all of this / that or everything in the context?

I don't hear your #1 or #2 very much, either. It would mean to forget everything that you had been discussing..
