Let us suppose/say

Just a quick question: Does the rule on conditionals (1st, 2nd & 3rd) also apply to sentences that begin with Let us suppose/say?

Let us suppose I am rich, I will buy a new car. (1st)

Let us suppose I were rich, I would buy a new car. (2nd)

Let us suppose I had been rich, I would have bought a new car. (3rd)

These are not standard formulations and I find it hard to imagine a situation where I would use them or find them acceptable.

Thanks RayH for your response. Changing my previous examples (which were not standard formulations as you've said) with the statements below, do you these are acceptable in English?

Let's suppose you are rich, will you buy a car?

Let's suppose you were rich, would you buy a car?

I would really appreciate your input on this.
