Let me know with any questions

A colleague often closes his emails with something like "Let me know with any questions" or "Let us know with any feedback." I would personally write "Let me know if you have any questions."

Is there something technically wrong with my colleague's grammar? If so, what specifically?

Your colleague's statements are incorrect and meaningless. Your alternative is fine.

Thanks for your reply. I was hoping to better understand what's specifically, grammatically wrong with his statements. Any thoughts on that?
