Let me know if they are correct

The following sentences are similar but just changed the structures slightly. Are you able to tell me if they are correct?

1.The mother went to hospital yesterday for a routine check up , and they found that her vitamin D levels are/were low.

2.The mother went to hospital and the doctor found that she has low blood pressure.

3. I saw mother yesterday, and she told me that my dad is/ was being treated at Homerton Hospital for chronic malaria.

4. I saw my mother and she told me my dad is being treated at Homerton hospital for chronic malaria.
