Let anger out

Hi

To let your anger out [on/at] somebody.

Is this expresion natural? And is it on or at in this case?

Thanks!

I'd say it's possible (especially with "on"), but in conversational English I think it is more common to "take one's anger out on somebody," or even "take it out on somebody."
