Lesson planning - hobbies and adverbs of frequency

Hi all,

I am in desperate need of some help! I need to write a lesson plan that involves the following, but its my first time and Im really stuck!! Can anyone lend a hand?

Lesson

Objective

Some assumed knowledge (You may need to add more.)

Level

1) Hobbies

To learn vocabulary of popular hobbies and to review adverbs of frequency

Present simple and present continuous (positive, negative and question forms), adverbs of frequency (often, sometimes, etc)

Elementary

I need to fill the the following headings and also make a 45 min lesson plan - target language, anticipated problems, solutions, preparation and aids.

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!
