Less subjection to ...

Apparently this salt [Redmond Real Salt] does not contain anticaking agents, and it seems to lack the radioactive elements found in Himalayan salt. There also appears to be less subjection to environmental pollutants compared to salt obtained from modern oceans.

--- Does it say that this salt appears to be less susceptible to environmental pollution compared to salt from modern oceans?

Top answer

No. It means that this salt has been subjected to (ie exposed to) less environmental pollution. We are not told how susceptible it would be if it were exposed to environmental pollution.
