Neither of these is correct. You may mean "Fewer chemicals are used in this product". The answer to the question "Fewer than what?" must be provided by the wider context.

The idea of any "chemicals" being in food is offputting (even though, strictly speaking, or scientifically, everything is a "chemical"). Although you are saying that there are fewer "chemicals", any at all sounds bad. If you wish to portray a food product in a positive light, I would consider using other terms, such as "artificial preservatives", or whatever specifically you are referring to, and also ideally be able to say that there are none, not just fewer. E.g. "no artificial preservatives" would be a common claim on food packaging.
