Legal Expression (Spanish to English)

This is a question for an expert in Law:

How is the English expression for the Spanish: "A modo enumerativo no limitativo". Could be something like "In an enumerative but not limited way/form..."

Hope someone can help me.

Thanks in advance.

I don't speak Spanish but the explanation you give sounds like two legal English expressions I know: "including without limitation" and "including, but not limited to". They are equivalent. I hope this helps.

I too would say it means 'including, but not limited to'.

Does it precede a list, Guest?
