Dear All,
Both parties are willing to cooperate to the loan arrangement, Project Studying as well as the arrangement to execute the three Project packages as specified in the Article 1 of this document and located in San Juan Province of the Republic of Argentina on EPC Basis.
1. I think the preposition after cooperate should be changed but I'm not sure to what... How about in?
2. In my opinion the underlined part is totally incomprehensible...
What do you think?
