"I direct my said Executors and Trustees to divide the whole residue of my estate into two equal parts and to make over to themselves as individuals one such equal part."
Is the use of "one such" grammatically correct? If incorrect, is it understandable as it stands?
It's correct grammar, but it would be a good idea for you to discuss this with a lawyer.

Thank you for the grammatical advice. I shall be consulting a lawyer. However, I now find my two questions inadequate and submit a new question, "Can this clause in a Will be interpreted to maintain that only one half of the residue has been Willed and the other half falls into intestacy?" I am asking this purely on a grammatical basis and not on a legal basis.

Well, you didn't say anything about what should be done with the other half.
