Is the sentence ok? Is legal advixce a good expression here?

Hiya Antonija. This is just to mention that I've never seen let alone used the verb 'to enable' in this above sense. To me it would usually mean 'to make possible' and I think I'd rather go for 'to provide legal advice' instead...
