Leftover/leftovers/ left over from

Could correct this sentence please?

1 When we make lasagna, there is half of it that remains/half that's left over, so don't tell me we don't have enough beef as there is more than enough for the amount we usually eat. There just won't be leftovers./There won't be any leftover.

Thanks
