Leftover quantity

Hi all

I am selling goods to a customer. The way the goods are packed is 10 pieces in a small box, and 10 small boxes in a large box. So there are 100 pieces in a large box. But when this customer ordered, he wanted to buy something like 143 pieces. Now I want to tell him that we are not able to pack only 43 pieces in a large box and want him to increase his order quantity so that we can pack his ordered goods properly in 2 boxes. Can I say?

We noticed that there is a leftover quantity that does not make a full box. Would you consider increasing your order quantity to 200 pieces to make 2 full boxes?

Thank you in advance for your help.
