Nose rings skeeve the bejesus out of me, and his mien portends an unpleasant esthetic experience, so I won't watch that, but I suspect he is referring to "Lee Press-on Nails", a brand of artificial adhesive fingernail for women.

I think what he's saying is when you feel like you're falling down thats when you press on lee nails. He's using it as a metaphor. Lee nails were an easy way for women to put on fake nails that look nice and strong. So when you're tired or feeling weak press on lee nails. In other words cover up the weak in you and put on a strong act and you'll get through it.
