Leaving me bleeding

What does it mean "Leaving me bleeding" in this context ? I don't think that about blood bleeding .. it's something like "makes me sad", about feelings .... ?
------------------------------------------

Run
is that all you can do
Its all you’ve been doing
since you've been two
you just run
You run away from change
Leaving me bleeding
but you can't see

you're so dumb
With your big dumb face
And your big dumb ego
What a disgrace, let it go
What a disgrace, let it go

I suppose it means emotionally damaged, or something like that. Usually these sort of lyrics, with references to pain, bleeding, hurt, etc. , are about romantic/sexual relationships, but "since you've been two" hardly seems to fit that theme, so who knows.

  • Perhaps it's just semi-random words that rhyme (not unknown with pop song lyrics).
