Leaving aside . . . dangling modifier?

Hello. if I write a sentence with the expression 'leaving aside' like the one below, is it wrong in the sense that it falls into the category of dangling modifiers?

Leaving aside those who live abroad, to earn a living seems an impossible goal now.
