Dear Madame,

As per recent conversation regarding my without pay leave, i whould like to request a leave of abscence from 20 November through 20 December 2011. In order to be present on the wedding date of my cousin in Canada .

During my leave the reservation department team will handle my task and duties . i will remain at your disposal on this email address ...... for any enquiry if needed.

Hope it is possible for you to release me for these requested days.
