Leave tomorrow

I leave tomorrow.
I'm leaving tomorrow.

What's the difference in meaning between the two sentences?

Is it that I leave tomorrow suggests that my leaving may be arranged by others whereas in I'm leaving tomorrow there is a notion of my own arrangements to leave ?
