In that case, I would use "Just leave them as-is."

It's not really restricted to a commercial context. eg in an office:

Employee: Do you want me to add that to the contract?

Boss: No, just leave it as is. (ie don't change it)

It's a pretty common expression. I'd write it without the hyphen.

the point was in the plural I guess ;

Boss: No, just leave them as is / as-is / as are / as they are ..

.. which one of the above is correct / wrong ?
