Leave the door open vs leave the door opened

Hi,

which one is more used or even correct:

1. Please leave the door open.

2. Please leave the door opened.

I looked up my dictionary and the word 'open' has several forms being a verb, ajective and noun.

I think, grammatically, both sentences have exactly the same syntax because the sentence 1 is used as an ajective and the latter as a past participle.

Thanks.
